Common Blue Damselfly (Enallagma cyathigerum).blue form female.

A blue form of the female Common Blue Damselfly, one of many I saw today.

    We've had many appearing a couple of weeks ago also. They're pretty much everywhere. The blue form seems to be predominant. I really like the young ones, when they're pinkish blue.

    I agree, I like the ones with the pinkish hue too.
